👩🎓 Pharmacist in Charge Role
Position: Pharmacist in Charge
Salary: $60 - $70 per hour + super
Employment Type: Full-time (Min. 38 hours)
Location: Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy, Norman Gardens, Rockhampton, QLD
Shifts: Primarily Monday to Friday with rotating weekends alongside 2 other pharmacists (store opens 7 days)
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire – Guide the dispensary team, working alongside 2 full-time Pharmacists and 2 Retail Managers.
- Deliver Excellence – Build meaningful customer relationships and provide outstanding healthcare services.
- Foster Collaboration – Work as part of the leadership team to ensure seamless operations and teamwork.
- Elevate Healthcare – Deliver 8CPA professional services and support community health initiatives.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to outstanding service.
- Proficiency with FRED dispense software.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA General Registration.
- Vaccination certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Driver’s License (preferred but not essential).
👩🎓 Pharmacist Role
Position: Pharmacist
Salary: $50 - $60 per hour + super
Employment Type: Full-time (Min. 38 hours)
Location: Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy, Norman Gardens, Rockhampton, QLD
Reporting To: Pharmacist in Charge
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensary Operations – Assist with accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and medication management.
- Customer Care – Provide professional healthcare advice and outstanding service to the community.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and the wider team to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
Professional Services – Support the delivery of 8CPA professional services and health programs.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA-registered Pharmacist with a passion for community healthcare.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with FRED dispense software (preferred but not essential).
- Vaccination certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
