Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fixer to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, on site in Gladstone. This position will be casual for an initial 3 to 4 month duration with potential to move to permanent or extension, direct with the client. Hours worked will be Monday to Friday, 48 hrs a week with available overtime. (Monday to Thursday, 10 hours, Friday 8 hours).

Duties Include:
  • Steelfixing on site, applying reinforcement for concrete structures, installation of formwork.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Steel Fixer, with knowledge of steel reinforcement.
  • Physically fit
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Positive attitude towards yours and others safety
  • Construction industry white/blue safety induction
  • Current ‘QAL/BSL/RTAY’ Blue Medipass (3 site Medipass) or willing to obtain (Desirable)
