Job Description

We're looking for Civil Engineering Graduates to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business, based in Gladstone, QLD.

Our Graduate Civil Engineers work on site solving real problems every day. It is the Engineer's job to work as part of a team and plan the construction works, taking into consideration commercial, financial, environmental, safety and quality aspects of the task. They develop ideas, methodologies and bring everything together to ensure our works are delivered successfully.

About you:
Joining our team as a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will help us upgrade and maintain the vast network of roads, ports and airports across Australia that take us to where we need to be, safer and sooner.

  • Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and be willing to relocate to take on opportunities across the country to progress your career development.


To be eligible, you must:

  • Have a valid right to work in Australia.
  • Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2025.
  • Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 60 out of 100.
