We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in Mackay. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met, and driving growth within existing accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic support and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and recruitment goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within client accounts and increase revenue.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates.
- Conduct regular client meetings, progress reviews, and recruitment strategy sessions.
- Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client retention.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports on client engagements and account growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally within the recruitment industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
