Accountant

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Accountant to join a stable finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure across the whole financial function of the organisation, whilst working with operational and manufacturing floor staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely preparation of financial / management accounts.

  • Month end management with reporting.

  • Cash flow management

  • Budgeting / forecasting.

  • System and job reconciliations.

  • Supporting stock control, stocktakes and purchase orders.

  • General accounting to support the Financial Controller.

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting.

  • Proven experience in a commercial accounting environment.

  • Strong computer skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Organised, proactive and eager to learn

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
