Avante Linemarking is a well-established, resourced & rapidly growing company having specialised in the Road Marking Industry for over 25 years.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Accounts team in Mackay Branch

This is a Part time Role  - 25-30hrs per week (with the potential for overtime)

  • Processing Accounts Payables Invoices Data Entry
  • Processing Credit Card Expense claims
  • Weekly Payroll and all Payroll functions (Training Provided)
  • Assist with Accounts Receivables invoices with contract customers
  • Monthly Debtors and Creditors reconciliations
  • Assist in MYOB Exo Job Costing (Training Provided)
  • Assist in ISO requirements (Training Provided)
  • Strong (Medium to Advanced) user of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ad-hoc accounting functions as required

About yourself:

  • Ideally you will have had previous experience in a similar role
  • Confident & well mannered
  • Willingness to learn & follow instruction
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Team player
  • Experience with Exo MYOB accounting systems will be advantage
  • Must be an Australian Resident or have the ‘right to work in Australia’
