We have an opportunity for an Accounts and Payroll Officer to join our Finance team.  This is a full time position.


Reporting to the General Manager and working within the Finance team, this role is a great opportunity for an experienced AR/AP and Payroll Officer to assist with the following:

  • Weekly Payroll
  • Payroll Reconciliations and Statutory Payments
  • Weekly and Monthly Invoicing
  • Accurate AR and AP Data Entry
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Equipment Compliance Assistance
  • Support for other team members on leave
  • Other Administrative/Accounts tasks as required


To be successful in this role you will:

  • have a minimum of 3 years experience as an accounts and payroll officer
  • have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and have a drive to develop your skills
  • have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly excel
  • have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • have the ability to collaborate and build good relationships
