Join Our Team as an Admin Manager/Customer Service Manager!

Are you an experienced administrative professional with a passion for organization, efficiency, and leadership? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager with great customer service skills, to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. What's involved:

  • Oversee and improve daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.

  • Manage and support the team, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Coordinate office management tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and document control.

  • Liaise with senior management to streamline workflows and support business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.

  • Answering and managing incoming calls and emails, providing profesional and friendly customer service.

  • Schedual and coordinate appointments, job bookings and field yeam dispatch.

  • Assist with marketing tasks, such as updating social media and google marketing.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in administration or office management.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, project management tools, excel, etc.).
