The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Administration Customer Service Officer to join our team at Mackay.  This team value teamwork, commitment and are looking for the right candidate with the same values who can not only support but also drive the team to accomplish their goals and KPI’s in current busy times.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers including but not limited to:

  • Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web and email
  • Manage customer complaints to resolution and liaise with operations and sales teams
  • Raising, processing and reconciling invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintain our CRM Database of customer information, receiving and filling in council forms etc
  • Processing driver run sheets
  • Work with our customers to help make a sustainable future possible

 

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment
  • Working knowledge of JDE system or similar and Salesforce
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • An eye for detail with prior data entry experience
  • The ability to work autonomously within a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
