Job Description

Ausgroup are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to assist our site-based team location 20-minute drive from Mackay.

Ausgroup Industrial Services (AGIS) offer a highly skilled & experienced workforce which consists of Scaffolders, Riggers, Industrial Painters, Abrasive Blasters, Boilermakers, Welders, Trade Assistants, Industrial Cleaners and Supervisors.

Essential Skills:

To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous Administration experience.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word.
  • Skilled at producing quality reports, utilising good computer and administrative skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure compliance to strict company and client document control and reporting expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced role.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers within a project team.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding of site employees.
  • Prepare work packs and submit job quotes.
  • Develop, maintain, and update MS excel databases.
  • Assist with data collation for end of month reporting.
  • Maintain site employee skills matrix.
  • Document scanning.
  • Accurate record keeping and document control.
  • Provide general administrative support.
