About the Role

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be an all-round administrator who can work independently and keep self-motivated, whilst also contributing to the broader Mackay Administration team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Payroll – assist with timesheet entry and fortnightly payroll processing 
  • Accounts Receivable – general AR duties including debtor management and Ariba entry
  • Warranty – internal and customer reporting
  • General administrative tasks to assist in all areas of the Mackay administration team.

Skills & Experience 

  • High level written communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Highly organised and personable
  • Ability to take initiative and identify solutions to overcome hurdles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Ability to focus on primary objectives in a changing environment and to plan, schedule and prioritise workload
  • Initiative and self-drive
