As a Part-Time Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our daily operations and maintaining our office efficiency.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Duties
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Preforming basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, creating quotes
  • On-boarding of all new employees including inductions
  • Inventory 
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.


To excel in this role, we are seeking an individual who possesses the following:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software 
  • Experience using ERP systems (MYOB would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. 
  • Availability for approximately 25 – 30 hours per week with 730am starts.
