Job Description

Administration Assistant: 

• $35.00 Per Hour +Pen & Super 
• 3 days per week (22.5 to 24 hours)
• Based in Rockhampton

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant for our client who is based in Rockhampton. Assisting with data entry, time sheet accrual and general, day to day admin duties. You will be working a 3-day week, Monday-Friday, 6am to 3pm.

 

Skills and Experience:

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
• Great attention to detail
• Initiative
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and SAP
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders and time sheet entries

 

Requirements:
• Previous Admin experience 
• Confident with MS Office and SAP
