The Opportunity
We seek an enthusiastic full-time Administration and Customer Service Officer to join our Kawana (Rockhampton) team.
- Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
- Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
- Acting as a point of contact between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
- Processing purchase orders and invoicing
- Assisting with accounts and payroll functions
- Step in and assist with other duties as required
About You
We value teamwork and commitment and seek a proactive individual to join our team.
- Proven ability to promote proactive relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Pleasant phone manner and enjoys assisting in customer resolutions
- You enjoy working in an office environment with, at times, repetitive tasks
- Experience in JDE, Coupa, and Fleet Safety First software will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong time management and organisational skills
