Administration Officer (Entry-level)

Job Description

LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN 

As an Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service, answering phones, and coordinating bookings and results for health surveillance medicals and assessments.

As the first point of contact, some of your duties will include:-

  • Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal.
  • Scheduling health surveillance assessments.
  • Collating results from health surveillance assessments and liaising with KINNECT’s medical team.
  • Attending to inbound calls from a wide range of clients in an efficient and professional manner.
