The Opportunity

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor you will perform duties and be responsible for:

  • Payroll processing in Kronos
  • Invoicing
  • Raising purchase orders and credit notes
  • Checking and closing work orders
  • Generate and creating reports
  • Providing administration support

About You

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator
  • Experience in Coupa, JDE, Kronos and Track software would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • High attention to detail
  • Teamwork – work across multiple departments and build relationships.
  • Quick learner and Ability to learn and retain information
  • Need to work autonomously as well as in a team with minimum supervision
