Your Role
Chanel College school is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Officer. This is a term-time position (38hpw) commencing as soon as able or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Administration Officer provides a professional and welcoming environment to all visitors of Chanel College and assist with the enrolment process.

About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
