Carinity Education – Gladstone have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the team. The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for the school in greeting and assist students and visitors and provides administrative support and record keeping for school operations, responding to requests/needs from staff, management, students, parents, and the community within a timely manner.
What do I need for the role?
- Demonstrated experience in administrative office procedures and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety an advantage.
- Experience using TASS or similar school management system preferable.
