The Opportunity

An opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join our team.  The position encompasses the administrative support to the Gladstone office in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

About You

  • 1-2 years’ Experience in Administration role
  • Certificate II Administration (desirable)
  • Year 12 certificate achieved
  • Administration duties – invoicing, mail, job cards and costing etc
  • Reception duties – front of house and telephone
  • Weekly Reporting
