Our client is a federally funded not for profit, health care organisation responsible for the commissioning of services by working closely with local communities and existing service providers. The organisation promotes a seamless healthcare system throughout Queensland.
The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation. The successful candidate must possess a flexible and highly adaptable disposition and be an energetic team player. The duties of this role will include:
- Reception cover.
- Answering phones.
- Data entry.
- Responding to requests for assistance from colleagues, with routine admin tasks – e.g. printing, binding, ordering catering, setting up meeting rooms for events, preparing merchandise packs, doing an audit of stationery supplies, etc.
- Dealing with any facility management issues if/as they arise.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong all-round administrative skills.
- Previous experience working in executive support.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent customer service skills with high degree of confidence when developing relationships.
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in maintaining records in a systematic, confidential and secure manner.
- Hold a current drivers licence.
