About the Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer, Reporting to the Finance Manager, this varied and hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys helping others, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and greeting clients and visitors professionally

Support HR processes including onboarding and maintaining apprenticeship records

Assist the Finance Manager with:

Payroll data entry and timesheet tracking

Processing accounts payable
-
Generating invoices for accounts receivable
-
Administrative support for workshop
-
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining records

Prepare and format documents with accuracy and attention to detail

Order office supplies and uniforms

Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems

Provide general administrative support across the business as needed
What You'll Bring

Experience in a similar administration, office support or accounts role

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with MYOB (preferred) and openness to learning new systems

A team player mindset with the ability to adapt and support multiple departments
