About the Role
This position supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the College by combining front-of-house reception duties with key administrative responsibilities for Vocational Education and Training (VET). The role involves providing a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing sign-ins and access to the campus, processing payments and maintaining office resources and equipment. In addition, the role provides administrative support for VET and work experience programs, including coordinating placements, maintaining compliance records, monitoring student data and outcomes, and assisting with the accurate administration of qualifications and documentation.
This is a full-time, continuing role from Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.06pm.
