Administration Officer 

  • Fixed Term Full Time (Until 16 September 2026)
  • Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9-day fortnight
  • Pro rata amount of $79,459 - $84, 978 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 2) + Superannuation
  • Location – Rockhampton

This full-time, fixed-term Administration Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting our dynamic Civil Operations team.

We’re looking for a well-rounded administration professional with exceptional customer service skills and the confidence to provide high-level support to teams, supervisors and engineers. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy being the go to person who keeps things running smoothly - we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for

  • Completion of Certificate III in Business (Administration) or equivalent coupled with relevant administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite and various other systems such as Technology One, Pathways and R1.
  • The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with a wide and diverse range of customers.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to achieve deadlines.
