Our busy and excelling business has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Administration/ Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and passionate about delivering quality experience to all our customers. 

Responsibilities include

  • Attending to incoming calls and emails/ sales enquiries 
  • Greeting customers/ visitors in office
  • Booking/ scheduling sales appointments 
  • Booking/ scheduling Installation and services
  • Assisting the sales consultant with approved quotes
  • General Reception/ Administration duties 

About you 

  • Friendly and professional communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently when required 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment 
  •  Able to prioritise and mange multiple tasks 
  •  Knowledge with Microsoft 365 (outlook, excel, word etc)
