Shanahan Swaffield Partners is a friendly and progressive firm situated in the Rockhampton and Yeppoon CBD. We require a full-time junior receptionist / admin officer to join our Rockhampton team.

The successful applicant will display:

  • Excellent communication, telephone and organisational skills and competent computer skills.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn with a responsible and mature outlook.
  • A high standard of professionalism and ethics.

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and directing incoming / outgoing phone calls
  • Processing incoming & outgoing mail, email management
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff
  • Document preparation
  • Data Entry, updating and maintaining databases
  • Handling billing and invoicing
  • General administration duties

Previous admin experience is preferred and will be advantageous with your application.
