Administration Supervisor

Job Description

What you'll do as an Administration Supervisor:

 

As the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a multi-business unit administration team of 6 people to ensure all facets of the business are being suitably managed. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and reconciled appropriately as it comes through our internal systems.

 

Other duties will include (but not limited to) assisting the Business Manager, customer service, facilitating the return to work of injured employees, liaising with internal & external stakeholder and reporting.

 

What are we looking for in an Administration Supervisor? What's important?

 

  • Minimum of 2+ years performing similar role managing an admin team
  • Solid MS Office skills (intermediate Excel required)
  • Comfortable managing, leading & motivating a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often pressurised environment

 

Extra points for the following (but not essential):

 

  • Prior experience in freight/transport/supply chain sectors

 

Location - Gracemere, Rockhampton Region, QLD.

 

Mon-Fri 9-5.
