Administration Trainee

The opportunity:

As a trainee business administrator, we will support your learning journey across all areas of general administration and operations. You will gain a solid foundation to a rewarding career in logistics, along with the completion of a nationally recognized certificate III in Business Administration.

 

What you can expect:

  • Provide general administrative support to key stakeholders across the Mackay Depot.
  • Assist with documentation and data input across a variety of functions, including payroll, compliance, training and operations.Maintain various databases, platforms and systems
  • Follow all Company policies and practices as applicable, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Ensure professional and ethical management practices are undertaken to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Attend meetings as required, take meeting minutes, distribute documentation prior to and following meetings, ensure action points are followed up.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and distribute reports as required.

  • Computer literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
