GB Industries is a leading Electrical Contractor to mines in the Bowen Basin and we are seeking applications from candidates looking for an entry to a business career and obtain a Certificate III in Administration through a traineeship.

Duration of the traineeship:  

- 12 months, with ½ day off site training delivered by MRAEL

Duties/responsibilities will include:

- Answering and making phone calls
- Counter enquiries
- Data entry
- Maintaining spreadsheets and registers
- General office and reception duties
- Processing of invoices for payment (AP)

To be considered you MUST:

- Be well-spoken with sound english and maths skills
- Have attention to detail and be committed to accuracy
- Have two references submitted at time of interview
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
- Have enthusiasm, confidence, reliability, initiative and an excellent work ethic.

This position will suit someone who is able to cope with a challenging and fast paced environment and is willing to learn all aspect of administration.

Immediate start for this Monday to Friday Position (8am - 4pm)
