Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Guardian Campers & RV Centre is a leader in the caravan and camper industry. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and innovative travel solutions. We’re now seeking a motivated Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our growing business.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide professional, friendly customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns to promote our products.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Help organise trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our campers and caravan's.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • At times opening to travelling to our other dealerships and trade shows across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about customer service and creating positive experiences.
  • Organised, with a knack for planning and managing multiple tasks.
  • Creative, with a strong interest in social media and marketing.
  • A proactive team player who is eager to contribute ideas and take initiative.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or marketing (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools like Canva or similar software.
  • Knowledge of the camper and RV industry is a bonus but not required.
