Administratoin Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a temporary skilled Administrator Assistant to provide high level admin support to our prominent Mackay based client in a dedicated team committed to
achieving success by workingtogether towards common goals in an environment conducive to productivity, personal growth and development.


Key Duties will include:
  • Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry is crucial
  • Purchase Orders: Handling and processing purchase orders
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Invoiced: Entering invoices using MYOB
  • Wage Reports & Timesheets
  • Ordering uniforms for new starters
  • Any ADHOC admin duties
 
Key Criteria:
  • MYOB expereince highly desirable
  • Previous experience in an admin/data entry role
  • Attention to Detail: The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Training: The successful candidate will be provided with extensive training
  • Communication: Good communication skills are essential.
 
Benefits:
  • 2 Month assignments with possible extension
  • 6 January Start
  • $40 - $45 / hour + super
