We are seeking an organised & proactive Branch Administrator to join our administration team in Mackay.

The Opportunity

  • Provide excellent customer service to our external clients
  • Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
  • Maintain accurate databases and documentation
  • Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders etc
  • Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
  • Coordinate services on-site or off-site

About You - Essential

  • Competence with Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service focus
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Time management skills
  • Clear communicator both written and verbal
  • Current work rights in Australia

About You - Preferred

  • Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
  • SAP experience or exposure
