High Risk Solutions is a leading scaffolding company specializing in high-risk projects.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator to assist with our administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across multiple departments. This is a fill in maternity position, but may lead to ongoing employment for the right candidate.

 

Role Overview

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for daily administrative operations of our company. You will be a key team member and assist with key business functions. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative functions including HR, payroll, training, projects and reception. This will involve using our company app along with Word, Excel and client systems as required.

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay updated on organizational changes and industry developments.
