Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our clients team in Rockhampton, QLD 4701. 

This role will be full-time hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. 

In this role, you will be transferring journey management plans to a new template, and handling other document control related tasks.

Our Ideal Candidates:
  • 3-5 years experience in a reception or administrative-related role 
  • High attention to detail
  • Data entry | Intermediate typing speed 
  • Ability to navigate between systems and processes 
  • Sound computer skills, intermediate across MS applications 
  • Be a strong communicator in both your written and verbal work
  • Be able to work without supervision
  • Must be flexible with work hours
