We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic National Admissions Team, where your contributions will directly impact the experience of our students and stakeholders. As an Admissions Support Officer, your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and timely support, guiding prospective and current students through their admissions journey. 

In this position, you’ll provide informed advice on admissions, drawing on your knowledge of university policies and relevant legislation. You’ll handle the initial stages of student applications, request necessary documents, conduct system checks, and initiate pre-enrolment testing. Your ability to resolve low-level issues swiftly and apply your attention to detail in data management will be crucial to maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

You’ll also engage with applicants, ensuring their queries are addressed and their admissions experience is smooth. As a representative of CQUniversity, your commitment to customer service and continuous improvement will be key to the success of our Students Directorate.

Position Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the use of information systems, email and Microsoft software, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards. 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and administrative experience.
  • Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of CQUniversity’s courses and policies/procedures.
