Key Responsibilities

  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in line with safety standards

  • Inspect scaffolding for compliance and safety

  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

  • Work to our Golden Standard Culture (Accountability, Responsibility, Sustainability & Integrity)

  • Follow all company and industry safety regulations

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence

  • Proven industry experience (minimum 2 years with references)

  • Current Driver’s Licence

  • Working at Heights (within last 2 years)

  • Confined Spaces (within last 2 years)

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

  • Accommodation in or willingness to relocate to the Gladstone region

  • Clean work and safety record

  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead or work in a team
