Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic (continuing)

Immediate Start | Full-Time Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic (continuing) to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and mining sectors, working alongside experienced technicians on a wide variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and complete your apprenticeship with a team that genuinely invests in your success.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work — someone who wants to become a well-rounded, highly capable tradesperson.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with installation, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

  • Working alongside qualified technicians to build practical, real-world skills

  • Learning to diagnose faults and troubleshoot system issues

  • Completing job paperwork and reports accurately

  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship on every job

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently a 3rd - 4th year continuing Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice

  • Solid technical aptitude with a genuine willingness to learn

  • Developing fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients

  • Strong commitment to safety and doing the job right the first time

  • Current driver’s licence
