About the role:

As the Central QLD Area Manager you will take on sole control of the office in Rockhampton North. This is a great opportunity for someone who has drive and attitude. If you have done a similar role in insurance building OR are an experienced estimator/ supervisor in insurance building and wanting to step up to take on a new challenge and step up in your career, this is the role for you!

  • Undertake all tasks relating to estimating insurance and private jobs.
  • Supervising of jobs.
  • Organising and running the office space.
  • Opportunity to grow the business with regards to staff and work opportunities.

 

About you:

  • Experience is crucial, whether you have done a similar role in insurance building or have at least 3+ years experience estimating/ supervising.
  • Able to work alone - this role requires someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can be self autonomous.
  • QBCC Site Supervisor license is required, Builders license would be preferable.
  • Trade background, preferably carpentry.
  • Drive and a great attitude.
