This is a town-based leadership role offering consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to shape, optimise, and lead a pivotal division within a well-established, proudly local business.

As our Asset & Logistics Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our high-performing division - managing the movement of assets, equipment, and materials, while mentoring your team to deliver outstanding results and operational efficiency.

Roster

Monday to Friday - Day shift only
Monday - Thursday: 6am - 4pm
Friday: 6am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily logistics and asset management operations
  • Coordinate the efficient movement, transport, and storage of goods and equipment
  • Conduct Prestart and Toolbox meetings to communicate priorities and safety focus
  • Coach, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve performance and growth goals
  • Uphold QA standards, ensuring compliance and process integrity across operations
  • Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline operations and drive productivity

About You

You’re a hands-on, safety-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You have a proactive mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results through people and process excellence.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics or asset management
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • A proven commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Forklift High Risk Licence and a valid Driver’s Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
  • A flexible, positive, and team-focused attitude
