The Facilities Management Directorate is responsible for overseeing asset management across CQUniversity, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the University’s infrastructure and equipment.

As an Assets Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the asset management system, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include coordinating asset transactions, maintaining asset data, assisting with strategic planning, and supporting the Coordinator Maintenance Systems.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in asset tracking, expenditure management, and corporate information systems. You will have strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Position Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of or ability to quickly learn University policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Experience with business support software and large corporate information systems.
  • Expertise in administration, asset management, tracking, and expenditure monitoring.
  • Relevant qualification (associate diploma or equivalent experience/training).
  • Excellent administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently or in a team.
