Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Pay: $42.38 - $43.76 per hour (based on qualification and experience) + Super + Benefits

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Mackay - Shakespeare Street, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

- 74 place centre which presents us with the unique opportunity to provide a home like environment for our staff, children and families.
