Working with us:

Lead Group are seeking Assistants in Nursing for multiple Aged Care shift bookings in and around Rockhampton, QLD.

Easy booking and rostering system – working closely with your Lead Group Consultant and having access to our online app you can pick when you work, how you work and have total flexibility to suit your lifestyle!

When working with us you will be supported on a 24/7 basis by our team, whilst being given the opportunity to earn excellent hourly rates and gain extensive experience.

We have both long-term contracts, short-term contracts and agency daily shift bookings available across multiple facilities in the local region for those looking for flexibility or if you’re looking for something permanent, but want to try out the facility on a temporary contract before committing this could be perfect for you!

Requirements:
  • Must be Local, within a drivable / reasonable travel distance from the area
  • Full-time Australian working rights/visa
  • Preferably has own car/can drive but not required
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an AIN/Carer in Australia
  • Has relevant Certificates (Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent)
  • Can-do attitude!
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
