Position Overview
As the Assistant Manager, you will support the owner in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our team delivers top-notch service and meets our business goals. You will play a key role in managing staff, optimising processes, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics, offering insights to drive ongoing improvement.
- Support in scheduling, training, and developing team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Some experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food retail industry.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
