Summit Estate Agents are a boutique Property Management focussed business who assist our clients to achieve their financial goals through property. 

Reporting to the Property Management team, this part-time Assistant Property Manager role in Gladstone, QLD offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing residential leasing and property management portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our properties.

With a strong focus on delivering fast and professional results, we are revolutionising the perception of Property Management throughout the industry. Our focus on excellence in all areas has led to the rapid growth of our business and we are searching for a new part-time Assistant Property Manager with a preferred minimum of 6 months experience and the opportunity to extend to full-time. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full cycle of property management duties including tenant management & maintenance coordination

  • Effectively communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors to provide excellent customer service

  • Conducting regular property inspections and condition reports

  • Preparing lease documentation and tenancy applications

  • Maintaining detailed property records and client files

  • Providing administrative support to the Property Management team

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

 

What we're looking for

  • 6-12 month's experience in a property management minimum

  • Current Real Estate Certificate

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Drivers licence and own reliable car

  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing residential tenancy

  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
