Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

Our Property Management team is seeking a full time  (Monday-Friday) Property Management Assistant.   We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail with the ability to think on their feet.   You will need to have customer service skills and an easy-going personality while still being able to be professional in their role.

To be considered for this position, you will be proactive, self-motivated and have outstanding communication skills -   Previous office/administration experience is ideal. 

You will be an integral part of the Property Management team assisting in the day to day administrative matters of the property management department which would include (but are not limited too):

  • Preparing leases and lease renewals
  • Legal forms to tenants/landlords
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assisting with Reception when required
  • Conducting inspections and attending to maintenance requests

Skills & Experience;

  • Property Management Experience preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft office suite, Mac Pro, Outlook, PropertyTree  is preferred but not essential.
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence - or ability to obtain within short period of time.
  • A Current Drivers Licence is essential.
  • Excellent customer service, time management & communication skills are essential.
