Our Rockhampton Store is looking for a Full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

About the role

  • Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Buy & Loans, Retail, Online and Cashies Loans.
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales and operational targets while effectively managing costs, profit and loss.
  • Foster a positive culture, valuing collaboration and mutual support in a small, close-knit team.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance and operational requirements are met, providing a safe environment for both team members and customers.
  • Be part of a growing business with career progression opportunities across our 39-store Queensland network.

About you

  • You have leadership and management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
  • You're passionate about coaching and developing people to achieve their full potential.
  • You have a track record of delivering results, achieving KPIs and leading teams in a fast-paced environment, including experience with rostering and workforce planning systems.
  • You're an effective communicator who can build strong relationships with customers, team members and stakeholders.
