THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a high-demand Associate Dentist opportunity at a well-established, privately owned practice in Gladstone, where patient demand significantly exceeds clinician availability.
You will be stepping into very busy books from day one, supported by a strong and loyal patient base that has been built over more than 20 years. The volume and variety of dentistry performed at the practice allows Associates to build billings quickly, refine their clinical skills, and enjoy strong, consistent income without the pressure of overbooking.
The practice is part of a small group of privately owned clinics in Queensland, providing a supportive network of peers and direct access to an experienced Principal for collaboration and case discussion.
You will have full clinical autonomy, with the opportunity to shape your role around the type of dentistry you enjoy doing. The practice will invest in resources and marketing to support your clinical interests and growth.
