Acumentis, Australia's premier national valuation firm specializing in commercial, residential, government, and rural sectors, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Associate Director to join our Rockhampton team. We can provide you growing volumes and a diverse client base. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running. About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will be a key member of our leadership team, collaborating with fellow Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- High-Quality Valuations: Deliver valuations of the highest quality, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
- Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
- Staff Leadership: Oversee daily management of staff, including professional development and compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Report regularly to the State Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes.
