About the Role

Change is as good as a holiday! And at the Queens Hotel Gladstone, we are looking to add some new members to our crew. Currently under major renovation, and we are recruiting for some passionate & proactive all rounders to join the friendly and professional team at the Queens Hotel Gladstone. 

More specifically, as a Gaming/Bar/Bistro Team Members you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service within our busy venue. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, possessing a high standard of presentation and will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a fast paced bar and/or demanding retail environment.
  • Sound TAB and Keno knowledge preferred but not essential as we are willing to train!
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude.
  • Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing and challenging customer needs
  • A history of exceeding expectations in all work areas.

Successful candidates must be prepared to maintain full availability for roster scheduling requirements.

A current RSA & RSG is essential.

Steady ongoing hours available for the right candidate with the opportunity for further development into management for the right person.
