We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Baristas and Café All-Rounders to join our teams at The Rocks Cafe and The Sisters in Yeppoon. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
• Assisting in the service of light meals and snacks
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a friendly, welcoming environment
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Operating the cash register and assisting with inventory management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso machines and grinders
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
