Job Description

Belt Splicer – Mackay (Relocation Support Available)

NEPEAN Belting is seeking experienced Belt Splicers to join our Mackay team. This is a hands-on, site-based role—we will support relocation for the right candidate, but FIFO is not available. Underground coal experience is preferred. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform conveyor belt splicing and maintenance across mining operations

  • Work on 12-hour shifts (rosters available)

  • Complete overtime in town at competitive rates

  • Maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Belt Splicers (or Supervisors with relevant experience)

  • Underground coal experience preferred

  • Safety-conscious, team player with attention to detail

  • Ability to lead from the front when required

Rates of Pay:

  • Market leading rates

  • OT available
